Size: Adult leopard tortoises can get as large as 10 – 12 Inches In Length 
Caging: When hatchlings, they should be kept in a 2ftx3ft area with a top. Increase the size of the enclosure as they grow.
Diet:  The best staple diet is grass and leaves, they eat fresh greens such as romaine lettuce, dandelion, collard greens, kale, turnip greens, and any of the darker lettuce types Variation is Key! 
Water: As hatchlings, they should be soaked in shallow water, twice a week for 15 to 30 minutes to be fully hydrated watch videos for instructions!
