Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment you place a down payment. After this payment is taken if you wish to cancel the payment is only refundable as a store credit that can be used as a future down payment or to buy anything in the shop as long as it is canceled one week before the appointment date. No refunds if canceled 7 days or less before the appointment, but you may reschedule. Only one reschedule allowed per order. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at 786-584-0533.
